GRACE HOPPER CELEBRATION
The annual Grace Hopper Celebration is the world’s largest gathering of women in technology, hosting 15,000 attendees in person and thousands more through virtual access. As a corporate sponsor, PwC’s presence included an expo booth in the main hall, as well as a ‘welcome’ lounge, virtual engagement, and featured speakers. And, in a nod to corporate responsibility, a series of custom NFTs were developed as attendee giveaways, in lieu of typical conference swag.
Creative and project management responsibilities:
• Booth concept, design and construction coordination
• 3D renderings
• Digital assets for web, video, animations, and social media
• NFT graphics, including 350+ customized attendee avatars
• Construction details and materials coordination with vendors
*Images and creative product shown may not be further used without permission of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
AN EYE TOWARD ROI
Establishing a Visual Identity: As one of the marquee recruiting events for PwC, Grace Hopper was used to establish the design direction for other Talent Acquisition (TA) sponsorships. This strategy helped manage cost and ensured similarly-focused events presented a consistent impression of the PwC brand.
Smart Investment: Guided by the thoughtful allocation of budgets across their sponsorship portfolio, the TA team invested in structural elements – light walls, signage towers, custom millwork, and select furniture – that can be reconfigured and re-skinned to create unique environments across events.
