STEM FESTIVAL
The USA Science & Engineering Festival (USASEF) is the nation’s largest celebration of STEM, welcoming more than 370,000 attendees during the 4-day event. As part of PwC’s initiative to encourage STEM education, the firm sponsored a booth featuring robotics, problem-solving and coding challenges for the students, parents, and educators in attendance.
The engaging activities and colorful design proved popular with attendees as several thousand visitors came through each day. The PwC activation also included an integrated coffee bar and lounge spaces to help weary festival-goers catch their second wind.
Creative and project management responsibilities:

BRINGING THE EXPERIENCE TO LIFE
Implementing the design of PwC’s 2500-square-foot booth on time and on budget required close collaboration – internally and with the hosting venue’s exclusive production vendor.
Schematic drawings, design details, material specifications, and 3D-renderings were provided to communicate design intent and inform cost estimates. PwC subject-matter experts and educational partners developed visitor engagement activities that would bring the booth to life.
