The annual Grace Hopper Celebration is the world’s largest gathering of women in technology. The 2022 event hosted 15,000 attendees in person and thousands more through virtual access. As a corporate sponsor, PwC’s presence included an expo booth in the main hall, as well as a ‘welcome’ lounge, virtual engagement, and featured speakers. And, in a nod to corporate responsibility, a series of custom NFTs were developed as attendee giveaways, in lieu of typical conference swag.
Creative and project management responsibilities included:
• Booth concept, design and construction coordination
• 3D renderings
• Digital assets for web, video, animations, and social media
• NFT graphics, including 350+ customized attendee avatars
• Construction details and materials coordination with vendors
